Can I pause my subscription for a holiday? ▼

Yes! You can pause your subscription for any number of days from your dashboard. No charges during the pause period and no deliveries will happen.

What if I want a different mix of flowers? ▼

Use our Custom Plan Builder above! You can select exactly which flowers and pooja items you want, in the exact quantities — all with free delivery.

What time does delivery happen? ▼

Daily deliveries are done between 5:30 AM and 7:00 AM, so your flowers are fresh for morning pooja. We leave them at your door or with your security desk.

How do I pay? Can I use UPI? ▼

We accept UPI, Razorpay (credit/debit cards, net banking), WhatsApp Pay, and Cash on Delivery. Monthly subscriptions are auto-debited on the 1st of each month.

What if the flowers are not fresh or I get wrong items? ▼

Call or WhatsApp us immediately. We'll replace the order same day or give you a full refund — no questions asked. Our quality promise!

Can I cancel anytime? ▼

Yes, cancel from your dashboard at any time. No lock-in, no cancellation fees. Refunds for unused days are processed within 5 working days.
